New-Gen Business Park continues to evolve into a dynamic industrial and logistics precinct, with two major developments now completed and fully operational.
These facilities not only expand the Estates's footprint, but also underscore its appeal as a strategic location for businesses that deliver economic value and long-term regional commitment.
Suntory Oceania's State-of-the-Art Operations Underway

Suntory Oceania (formerly Frucor) has been fully operational at New-Gen Business Park since August 2025, with a purpose-built facility that includes approximately 80,000sqm of warehouse and production space spread over almost 20 hectares.
Suntory Oceania's presence at New-Gen Business Park aligns with its broader sustainability commitments under its "Growing for Good" philosophy, which prioritises environmental stewardship and community well-being. These include actively working towards significant reductions in water use, achieving net-zero carbon emissions across its value chain by 2050, and increasing the use of recyclable or compostable packaging - initiatives that highlight its dedication to minimising environmental impact.

Its location at New-Gen Business Park reflects not only the site's logistical strengths, including connectivity to key transport corridors, but also its compatibility with a partner organisation committed to sustainable operations and economic growth in the Ipswich Region.
Independent Liquor Group's Strategic Queensland Hub

Also bolstering New-Gen Business Park's profile is the newly completed distribution and logistics facility for Independent Liquor Group (ILG), who took possession in December 2025.
This purpose-built building comprises around 20,000sqm of warehouse, cold-store, and office space on approximately 3 hectares of land. The facility's modern warehouse, temperature-controlled areas and logistics infrastructure are designed to support reliable distribution, strengthen service levels, and enhance efficiency across ILG's Queensland operations.
ILG is Australia's largest member-owned liquor cooperative, serving more than 1,500 independent liquor retailers, hotels, clubs and hospitality venues across multiple states. Their new facility enhances their logistic footprint across Queensland and further supports its extensive network of independent members.
New-Gen Business Park continues to firmly position itself as a strategic precinct supporting growth, sustainability and regional employment.
